- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register - Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, dining area, and restrooms - Upsell additional food items or promotions to customers - Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining area as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred - Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register - Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Please note that this position requires the ability to sanitate, which involves cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
