50 / hour Daily Pay Available! GardaWorld is seeking candidates with excellent communication skills to work as Dispatchers for our branch operation.
Responsibilities include:
Dispatch ATM codes, Firstline Maintenance calls and emergency cash requests.
Document and communicate between Service Techs and the customer.
Respond to customer's needs when contacted.
Act as a liaison between customers and route personnel via telephone and radio.
Research and resolve customer inquiries.
Assign and close Mas-Hamilton lock combinations and record close seals.
Provide ATM access information (alarm codes, etc.
) to routes and technicians.
Direct incoming phone calls to others using the internal paging system.
Provide routing and directions to armored routes and technicians Receives customer calls for service and dispatches first line maintenance technicians for repairs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
Minimum of 2 years previous dispatch experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills for data input.
Must be able to read a map and provide clear instructions to route crews.
Familiarity with the service area is preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid firearms license.
Must demonstrate clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly by telephone and radio.
Ability to think clearly and respond in a fast-paced environment while under significant pressure.
Ability to work well independently and as a team member.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs and assisting/carrying out the Debrief process.
